Working with you at your pace, layer by layer, a space is held for you to discover why repeated patterns are made, why you feel the way you do when certain situations arise, and then respectfully and gently transmuting those feelings to something that is more beneficial to you.

Emotional Coaching

Our emotional coaching approaches use a three-tier system of Kinesiology, NLP and EFT which embodies talk therapy, emotional stress circuits (regression informed by muscle testing, plus regression) and behaviour changing exercises. Anxieties, fears, mental and emotional stresses can be gently worked on to bring your emotional wellbeing back into balance.
