Gift certificates purchased via our online shop are subject to the Balanced Health Clinic Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions, as detailed below.

4.1 Gift Certificate Validity

  • Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy, and Emotional Alchemy: Valid for 365 days from purchase.
  • Thermal Imaging: Valid for 183 days from purchase.
  • Expiry dates cannot be extended, and unused balances are void after expiry.

4.2 Redemption

  • May be redeemed for services offered by Balanced Health Clinic.
  • Must be presented at time of booking.
  • Subject to appointment availability.

4.3 Refunds & Transfers

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They may be gifted to another person prior to first use but become non-transferable once redeemed.

4.4 Lost or Stolen Certificates

  • Lost or deleted certificates may be reissued at our discretion with proof of purchase.

4.5 Cancellation

  • Appointments booked with a gift certificate follow standard clinic cancellation policies.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the gift certificate being redeemed to cover the session.
